Our educators and staff members are selected to fit the profile and philosophy of our school.

We value them for far more than this short description of their unique talents.

Maintenance & Repairs - Team Member since August 2014

Robert Czifrak

Mr. Robert has been working in the construction industry doing demolition and site work since 2001. In 2014, after helping to build the school, he joined our team to ensure your children can learn in a safe and well maintained environment. While the maintenance and repair of our school is his primary focus, there are visible signs of his woodworking skills throughout the school. Due to the nature of his work, you will only see him occasionally if there is emergency repair to be completed. These responsibilities suit him well, as he is more than happy to stay behind the scenes. He has been married to our school owner since 1995 and have three children together (22, 11 and 10).

Cook - School Grandmother - Team Member at TS since April 2016

Susanna Kovacs

Originally from Hungary, Ms Susanna lived in Canada for a while before moving to Port Orange, FL. With a BA in Social Work, Ms. Susanna worked as a social worker for the Department of Children and Families and several colleges in the Central Florida area, for the majority of her career. After retiring and moving to Tavares with her husband, she realized that work is what keeps her young and vibrant. Cooking and children are her passion, therefore we found her to be a perfect fit for our school. She loves your children more than we can explain. You have to become part of the Tangerine Schoolhouse family to understand what we mean.
